First,reading the instruction book to know the basic structure and property and application method for this machine.When stitching,we should adjust the location for the main baffle and left -Right baffle.also the upper and lower stitching head.during adjusting, please pay attention to the left and right baffle,they can't be too tight, it should easy for the carboard to put in and out. once you have finished the adjustment for the machine, you can set below items on the touch screen.carton height = original carton heigth-40mm, the number of stitcher, stitching pitch, single, double or tie stitching, single or double piece operation. after these setting, you can start making cartons.
