Stitching according to the order,stitcher should be along the overlapping part of the center line, deflection is less than 3 mm

Uniform stitching pitch,the distance between the first and last stitching to the up and bottom line was 20mm,Single stitching pitch should less than 55mm, double stitching pitch should less than 75mm

Should have inspection for the product, put the carton into the nature light, what we should pay attention to was:the stitching should fastened, overlap,lack,warped,broken,hooked,angle Stiffness are not allowed.

Two pieces of boxes should aligned, Scissors mouth is not allowed.

The finished Carton should upright and square, the difference between the two diagonal line for the top surface shouldn't large than 3mm when carton size equal or less to 1000mm,inside diameter deviation for Single corrugated boxes is less than ± 2mm, double corrugated boxes is not more than ± 4mm. the difference between the two diagonal line for the top surface of the carton must not be more than 5mm when carton size larger than 1000mm.the inner diameter deviation of single corrugated boxes is less than ± 3mm, double corrugated boxes is not greater than ± 5mm. Vulnerability is not greater than the diameter of the box corners 4mm2, and shouldn't have obvious corners, the distance from the outside cover to the seam or lap no larger than 2mm.

Overturn nail shouldn't appear on the carton,diffrenent variety and spefication or the two opposing side cardboard can not stitck together
